About us
White Space Sage was started by Gabriel Ettenson, MS, PT to advise individuals on how to best navigate new and emerging industries as well as those in need of innovation and a new approach. Through a balanced focus on the individual’s own needs and those of both their employees and client’s, White Space Sage seeks to change the way we live in order to change the way we work.
Gabriel Ettenson graduated from Columbia University with a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy. Since then, he has owned and operated several fitness, wellness and mind/body-based businesses, including one of the largest integrative rehabilitation clinics on New York City’s prestigious Upper East Side. After moving to Colorado in 2013, he co-founded one of the first hemp-cannabinoid companies to ever exist in the US, which he took public. He has developed numerous innovation-based products that cross through the Physical Therapy, Mind/Body Medicine and Hemp domains. He is currently studying Psychedelic Assisted Therapies and Research at the California Institute of Integral Studies.

Our Focus
mind and Consciousness
Often assumed to represent the most valuable tool in both life and business for problem solving and decision making, the mind, and its relationship to consciousness, is often misunderstood. As a result, fear-based thinking, “analysis paralysis” and resistance to change often occurs, severely limiting ones confidence pursuing a path that has never been traveled. Mastering ways of balancing thinking with intuition, expanding consciousness, and taking a “mindful” approach to life and business can often allow one to turn creativity and innovation into a successful, impactful life strategy.
The Athletic Performance Spectrum
For most people, injury prevention, rehabilitation from injury and athletic performance enhancement are mutually exclusive processes. In fact, they are actually part of the same spectrum and influence each other significantly. Through the development of a truly integrative approach which takes this into account and removes this false distinction, it is possible to access new levels of human performance and grow both personally and professionally.
CANNABIS
As the non-psychotropic compound Cannabidiol (CBD) continues to evidence its profound ability to transform people’s health, the untapped potential of the hundreds of other compounds identified in the cannabis plant has brought forth a new era of preventive medicine. In the world of cannabis, the surface has only been scratched. Endless opportunities exist for the disruptive entrepreneur to successfully participate in a true “emerging” industry.
In the future: Psychedelic-Assisted-Therapy
Often assumed to represent the most valuable tool in business for problem solving and analysis, the mind is too often a source of fear-based thinking, “analysis paralysis” and can severely limit ones confidence pursuing a path that has never been traveled. Mastering ways of balancing thinking with intuition and a “mindful” approach to business can often allow one to turn creativity and innovation into a successful, impactful business strategy.
